Ask a print questionWhat is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and process. Digital printing suits short runs, while offset and packaging runs start at higher quantities because of plate and die setup. Share your requirement and we will confirm the workable minimum.
What is the standard production time?
Most stationery and collateral jobs run in 2–4 working days after artwork approval. Packaging, binding and custom dies take longer. Your quotation will state the turnaround for that specific job.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We dispatch PAN India from Delhi through courier and transport partners. Delivery time depends on destination, weight and volume and is confirmed with your quotation.
Which artwork formats do you accept?
Print-ready PDF is preferred, with CMYK colours, outlined fonts, 3 mm bleed and crop marks. We also accept AI, INDD, PSD, CDR and high-resolution TIFF files.
How do you handle colour matching?
We work in CMYK and press-check against an approved proof. For specific brand colours, share Pantone references or a previously printed sample for the closest process-appropriate match.
Can you help with design?
Yes. We offer professional designing and pre-press support including layout, dieline setup, bleed and trim corrections and CMYK conversion.
Do you handle bulk and recurring orders?
Yes. Bulk and repeat print programmes are a core part of our work. Approved jobs can be kept on file so reprints stay consistent.
How does payment work?
Orders are confirmed against an approved quotation, usually with an advance and the balance before dispatch. Exact terms are stated on your quotation and GST invoices are provided.
